UTG962E 60 MHz 2Ch Classic-Series Arbitrary Waveform Generator

The UTG962E is a palm-sized two-channel arbitrary waveform generator of the Classic-Series, producing sine output to 60 MHz and square and pulse to 20 MHz. It samples at 200 MSa/s with 14-bit vertical resolution (16,384 amplitude levels) and is powered over a 5 V / 2 A USB-style adapter with no separate AC cord, in a 172 × 90 × 68 mm, 0.33 kg chassis.

Two independent channels provide 1 µHz frequency resolution across the full range, with amplitude to 20 Vpp into high-Z. Four modulation types (AM, FM, PM, FSK), linear and logarithmic sweep (1 ms to 500 s), 24 non-volatile built-in arbitrary waveforms with USB upload of custom shapes, total harmonic distortion below 0.2 % (DC to 20 kHz), and a built-in 7-digit frequency counter (100 mHz to 100 MHz) cover routine bench signal generation. Output is shown on a 4.3-inch 480 × 272 TFT display, with a USB-Device port and a multi-function FSK/CNT/Sync BNC.

The compact, bus-powered form factor suits education, hobby electronics, field work, and any setting where a full-size bench generator is more instrument than the task requires.
