The UTG9354T+ is a four-channel arbitrary waveform generator of the Elite-Series, built around a 16-bit DAC and a 2.5 GSa/s sample rate (2× interpolation). It produces sine output to 350 MHz and square and pulse to 120 MHz, with four equal-performance channels that each deliver the full 20 Vpp output envelope into high-Z and an 8 pts to 128 Mpts per-channel arbitrary memory (expandable to 256 Mpts per channel via PC software).
Frequency resolution is 1 µHz, total harmonic distortion stays below 0.07 % (DC to 20 kHz), and spurious-free dynamic range reaches −80 dBc. Fifteen analog and digital modulation types are supported, alongside advanced Multi-Pulse, Multi-Tone, Sequence, Pattern, I/Q, and Expression generation, PRBS (PN3 to PN33, up to 300 Mbps), and SPI, I²C, and UART digital-protocol output, with pulse edges adjustable to 100 ps. The instrument carries over 200 built-in arbitrary waveforms, an 800 MHz 8-digit hardware frequency counter, and a 10.1-inch 1280 × 800 capacitive touch display, with USB Host/Device and LAN and 10 MHz reference in/out.
It suits multi-channel high-frequency stimulus, serial-link and jitter-tolerance testing, and automated test work that needs four full-performance outputs with protocol generation. Certified to CE and cETLus.
