The UT513C is the widest-range model in the UT513 series: a 5 kV insulation resistance tester rated CAT IV 600 V that reads insulation resistance up to 5 TΩ, for high-resistance modern insulation on transformers, large machines, and long cable systems.
It applies test voltages from 250 V to 5000 V and adds capacitance measurement from 0.01 µF to 15 µF. The full diagnostic set covers Polarization Index, Dielectric Absorption Ratio, a 0 s to 99 min 59 s timer, and a 10%-of-range stepped-voltage profile, with a comparison function, high-voltage alarm, automatic discharge, storage for 999 result sets, and both USB and a Bluetooth app for transfer.
It suits utility and industrial testing of high-value insulation where the widest resistance range and full diagnostics are needed.
