The UT513A is a 5 kV digital insulation resistance tester for routine maintenance and commissioning, rated CAT III 600 V.
It outputs test voltages up to 5000 V and reads insulation resistance up to 1 TΩ at ±(3% + 5). A Polarization Index test flags moisture and aging, leakage current is displayed, and the circuit discharges automatically when a test ends. Auto-ranging, a comparison function, USB transfer, and on-board storage cover everyday checks of motor windings, cables, and switchgear.
