The UT171B is a 60,000-count True-RMS digital multimeter for plant and process work, rated CAT III 1000 V / CAT IV 600 V. The high count resolves small changes other meters round off, and True-RMS keeps AC readings accurate on the distorted waveforms around drives and switching loads.
