The UPO6038LP is a 350 MHz eight-channel 12-bit oscilloscope on a 1U headless rack-mount platform with external HDMI display. It provides a 5 GSa/s interleaved real-time sample rate (2.5 GSa/s per channel non-interleaved), up to 500 Mpts per-channel memory depth, and an Ultra Phosphor 3.0 acquisition engine reaching 500,000 wfms/s (1,000,000 wfms/s in sequence mode); the typical rise time is ≤ 1.00 ns, and a high-resolution mode extends effective vertical resolution to 16 bits.
Twelve serial-protocol families are supported — RS-232/422/485/UART, I²C, and SPI standard, with CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, FlexRay, SENT, audio, MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429, and Manchester optional — alongside a 5 Mpts FFT, 56 automated measurements, zone triggering, and hardware mask test. Optional single-phase power analysis (13 measurement types) and three-phase power analysis are available.
Up to 16 chassis synchronize for up to 128-channel acquisition. Connectivity covers four USB Host ports, USB Device, LAN (VXI-11), HDMI, and a 10 MHz reference in/out, with full SCPI 1999.0 / IEEE-488.2 control and web-browser remote access, suiting it to automated test racks, multi-channel system test, and production.
