The UPO2102 is a 100 MHz two-channel digital storage oscilloscope of the UPO2000 line. It provides a 2 GSa/s real-time sample rate, 56 Mpts of acquisition memory, and a 500,000 wfms/s capture rate with Ultra Phosphor 2.0 display on a 7-inch WVGA LCD. The calculated rise time is ≤ 3.5 ns.
The 8-bit front end includes ERES processing, a hardware frequency counter, enhanced FFT, 30 automated measurements, and serial-bus trigger and decode for RS-232/UART, I²C, and SPI. Remote control is available via USB-Device and LAN with SCPI and web-browser access.
It suits 100 MHz two-channel benchtop debug and embedded-development work where 2 GSa/s sample rate, 56 Mpts memory, and standard protocol decode are the primary requirements at a compact form factor.
