The UDP5800-6 is a single-channel 1200 W programmable DC switching power supply rated to 800 V / 6 A. Voltage resolution is 1 mV below 100 V and 10 mV at or above 100 V; current resolution is 1 mA throughout the range. A front-panel display shows voltage, current, and power simultaneously.
Output is programmable over the full 800 V range with OVP, OCP, OTP, and power-limit protections. List Mode stores programmable voltage/current/dwell sequences for unattended cycling, and the unit accepts remote control over USB-Device, USB-Host, LAN, and Analog I/O using SCPI, supporting integration into automated test systems. The 3+2 year warranty covers the instrument and its calibration period.
It suits high-voltage DC applications requiring 1200 W of output capacity, including EV drive-system and battery-module test, high-voltage DC/DC converter validation, dielectric and insulation characterization, and production-test fixtures operating at the 800 V tier.
