UDP5800-2 400W 800V/2A Programmable DC Switching Power Supply

The UDP5800-2 is a single-channel 400 W programmable DC switching power supply rated to 800 V / 2 A. Voltage resolution is 1 mV below 100 V and 10 mV at or above 100 V; current resolution is 1 mA throughout the range. A front-panel display shows voltage, current, and power simultaneously.

Output is programmable over the full 800 V range with OVP, OCP, OTP, and power-limit protections. List Mode stores programmable voltage/current/dwell sequences for unattended cycling, and the unit accepts remote control over USB-Device, USB-Host, LAN, and Analog I/O using SCPI, supporting integration into automated test systems. The 3+2 year warranty covers the instrument and its calibration period.

It targets high-voltage DC bench and automated test applications including EV battery-pack characterization, high-voltage converter and inverter development, insulation and dielectric testing, and power-electronics R&D requiring a compact 800 V programmable source.
