The MSO3354E is a 350 MHz four-channel mixed signal oscilloscope of the MSO3000E line. It provides a 2.5 GSa/s real-time sample rate, 250 Mpts of acquisition memory, and Ultra Phosphor 2.0 waveform display on a 10.1-inch capacitive touch LCD. The calculated rise time is ≤ 1.0 ns.
The 8-bit front end includes ERES processing, a built-in 1.25 GHz spectrum analyzer, 7-digit hardware frequency counter, 54 automated measurements, and serial-bus trigger and decode for RS-232/UART, I²C, SPI, CAN, LIN, and additional protocols. An optional 16-channel logic analyzer pod expands the channel set to 4+16. Remote control is available over USB, LAN, and SCPI.
It suits four-channel R&D validation and power-electronics characterization where 350 MHz bandwidth, deep memory, integrated spectrum analysis, and multi-protocol decode are required.
