The MSO3024HD is a 200 MHz, 4-channel mixed signal oscilloscope built on a native 12-bit ADC architecture and the entry model of the MSO3000HD line. It provides a 2.5 GSa/s real-time sample rate (interleave), 500 Mpts maximum memory depth, and Ultra Phosphor 3.0 acquisition at 500,000 wfms/s standard — 1,500,000 wfms/s in Sequential Mode — on a 10.1-inch capacitive multi-touch display.
The 12-bit resolution holds at full bandwidth with no ERES averaging or sample-rate trade (up to 16 effective bits with ERES enabled), and a calculated rise time of ≤1.80 ns supports four-channel mixed-signal debug. The instrument integrates oscilloscope, optional logic analyzer, optional arbitrary waveform generator, spectrum analyzer, digital voltmeter, frequency counter, Bode plot, protocol analyzer, and optional power analyzer. Twelve protocol decoders are available — RS-232/UART, RS-422/485, I²C, SPI, and CAN standard, with CAN-FD, LIN, FlexRay, SENT, Audio, MIL-STD-1553B, ARINC 429, and Manchester optional. An optional 50 MHz dual-channel, 16-bit AWG adds Bode plot loop-stability analysis. Remote access is provided over USB 3.0, LAN, SCPI, and a built-in web server.
With 54 automated measurements and an optional 16-channel logic probe pod, it suits embedded prototyping, MCU validation, and mixed-signal debug in small R&D groups, making switching-supply ripple, low-level sensor-bridge outputs, and multi-channel gate-drive timing visible above the noise floor.
