The MSO2204-S is a 200 MHz four-channel mixed signal oscilloscope with an integrated dual-channel arbitrary waveform generator, and the full-featured top model of the MSO2000 entry line. It provides a 2 GSa/s real-time sample rate, 56 Mpts of acquisition memory, and Ultra Phosphor 2.0 waveform display on a 7-inch 800×480 TFT LCD. The calculated rise time is ≤ 1.75 ns.
The 8-bit front end includes ERES processing, 30 automated measurements, and serial-bus trigger and decode for RS-232/UART, I²C, and SPI. The built-in AWG outputs sine, square, ramp, pulse, noise, DC, and arbitrary waveforms on two independent channels. An optional 16-channel logic analyzer pod extends the channel set to 4+16. Remote control is available via USB-Device and LAN with SCPI and web-browser access.
It suits four-channel 200 MHz embedded-system debug and curriculum benches requiring oscilloscope, signal stimulus, mixed-signal capture, and protocol decode in one instrument.
